The food however wasn't the best. It had very limited variety and it's the same things.

What you see is not what you get. I paid for premium room and got substandard room. $154 a night room is not worth it. Limited breakfast options restaurant food overpriced.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this hotel and we chose to leave early. The rooms were small, dark and dirty. The beds were hard & uncomfortable. The safe in our room was broken as was the chain lock on the door. Some of the staff were helpful at times, but generally felt like a time-consuming battle to address any of these issues. We did receive a partial refund after going back and forth with management for days and sharing a detailed list of issues. On the bright side, the food was good - both breakfast and dinner. I would not stay here again.
It is absolutely 100% serene as the name suggests. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff are amazing, from the reception to the spa, the restaurant; they were all fantastic.
Staff was great. Breakfast was flawless, many options to choose from. Views are breathtaking. This is an upscale place and you can tell by its patrons. You can feel like royalty at this place. Manager was courteous enough to allow me a late check out due to an unforeseen matter. She didn’t hesitate. I appreciated her for that one.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
